Ballet inspired workout for all levels. This is a fully customizable class designed to shape and tone every muscle in your body with an emphasis on isometric holds, flexibility, and core strength.
This class takes "Boudicca Barre" to the next level. Slightly quicker paced with an emphasis on a total ARM, AB, AND BOOTY burn out. Get ready for those "shakes".
"Peaceful Warrior" is a full stretch class. Most of this class is done on the mat and focuses on flexibility and balance.
This high intensity workout will have you MOVING and GROOVING. Starts with a Cardio Dance warm up (no dance experience necessary), and is followed by a dance-inspired circuit, strength training, and final stretch.
